This bill establishes the Criminal Justice Network and
Technology Revolving Fund to be administered by the Missouri
Highway Patrol.  The fund will be used for the procurement of
telecommunications and computer equipment, services, and
software associated with the criminal justice network.  The fund
will be credited with monies transferred from the Missouri
Uniform Law Enforcement System (MULES) revolving trust fund.
