HB 717 -- State Income Tax

Sponsor:  Reynolds

This bill authorizes a state individual income tax credit to
taxpayers who are 65 years of age or older and who have Missouri
adjusted gross income of $20,000 or less in an amount equal to
the amount expended for certain pharmaceutical drugs.

This bill will become effective January 1, 1998.
