HB 732 -- Child Support

Sponsor: Gaskill

This bill requires a court to award a noncustodial parent
additional visitation when a custodial parent denies, without
good cause, the noncustodial parent's visitation. The bill also
authorizes a court to require an unemployed custodial parent to
sign a written declaration that he or she will not claim the
child as a dependent for any taxable year when the custodial
parent is unemployed for more than six months.
