HB 736 -- Deer Hunting

Sponsor:  Patek

This bill permits landowners and persons related to landowners
within the third degree to hunt deer on the landowner's property
during the 7 days after the regular firearm deer season.  Any
special tag required during this period may not exceed the cost
of a regular season deer tag.

The provisions of the bill expire on December 31, 2002.
