Under this bill chiropractors will be considered physicians for the purpose of the physician's statement required to obtain a "Physically Disabled" license plate or placard. FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds. PROPONENTS: Supporters say that chiropractors should have been included among those who can sign a physician's statement form.
