HB 1354 -- Accident Reports

This bill limits the release of information on the facts,
injuries, or damages in an accident report to interested
parties, defined as any law enforcement agency, person in the
accident, owner of a vehicle in the accident, or the news
media.  Also, the insurance company, attorney, physician, or
family member of a person in the accident may receive this
information.
