HB 1741 -- Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association

This bill obligates a guaranty association for claims existing
before a judgment of insolvency under the uniform insurer's
liquidation act or the insurer's supervision, rehabilitation,
and liquidation act.  The bill also specifies that a claim
arising from bodily injury, sickness, or disease cannot exceed
the face amount or limits of the policy.
