AN ACT

Relating to hunting licenses.






Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section 1. No person who is an active member of the armed forces of the United States or is certified by the peace officer standards and training commission with at least four hundred seventy hours of training shall be required to take a firearm safety course to obtain a hunting license.
