HB 1059 -- Electrical Code

This bill requires all counties and the City of St. Louis to
adopt the 1999 National Electrical Code.  Counties and cities
are required to licenses, inspect, and enforce the code.
Violation fees may be imposed for the enforcement of the
electrical code.
