Current Bill Summary
SB 237 - Current law requires a Juvenile Court to refer a
matter to the Prosecuting Attorney when information available to
the court suggests that a person has contributed to the
delinquency of a minor. This act changes the terminology to
"endangering the welfare of a child" in order to be consistent
with Missouri's Criminal Code.
This act is similar to HB 359.
