Biography
Representative Mark Matthiesen, a Republican, represents part of St. Charles County (District 107) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2016 and re-elected for his second term in November 2022.
In addition to his legislative duties, Matthiesen is a licensed real estate agent.
A 1994 graduate of Washington High School, Matthiesen received his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State) in 2005.
Born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Matthiesen currently resides in O’Fallon with his wife and son.
