Biography
Representative Christopher D. Warwick, a Republican, proudly represents Polk County and southern Hickory County (District 128), including the City of Bolivar, in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2024.
Born in Alton, Illinois, Warwick moved to Missouri and graduated from Bolivar High School in 1996. A master electrician and successful business owner with nearly three decades of experience, he has earned a reputation for expertise, reliability, and dedication to his craft.
Warwick’s commitment to public service began at the local level, where he served as an alderman for Bolivar from 2012 to 2017. He then became the city's mayor, a role he held from 2017 to 2024, during which he focused on economic development, infrastructure improvements, and enhancing the quality of life for Bolivar residents. His extensive experience in local government provides him with valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing Missouri communities.
A devoted husband and father, Warwick lives in Bolivar with his wife, Jody. Together, they have four children: Christian, Zachary, Lydia, and Julia. Their family is active in the Central Church of Christ, where Warwick has served as treasurer since 2001, demonstrating his steadfast commitment to his faith and community.
