Biography
Representative Mitch Boggs, a Republican, represents Lawrence County (District 157) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2020.
Born in Carthage, he resides in La Russell with his wife, Lynn. They are proud parents of eight children and grandparents to 12.
A dedicated public servant, Boggs is a volunteer firefighter, president of the Avilla Fire District Board, and the Vineyard Township Road District Commissioner.
With a lifelong career in construction, he owns a construction business in addition to owning and operating Exit 33 Truck Wash with Lynn.
A cattle farmer and licensed pilot, Boggs has a deep love for aviation and serves the Lord as a preacher in his local church.
His family enjoys rodeos and living out their cowboy heritage, blending tradition and service in every aspect of their lives.
