Biography
Representative Ed Lewis, a Republican, represents Randolph, Macon and Linn Counties (District 6) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2020.
Prior to serving in the legislature, Lewis worked as a high school educator for 32 years in Vandalia and Moberly teaching chemistry and physics. Rep. Lewis has also been a part-time instructor for 25 years at Central Christian College of the Bible in Moberly.
Born in Savanah, Missouri, Lewis attended Central High School in St. Joseph before obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Education from Mizzou. He completed a master’s degree in chemistry from Pittsburg State University.
Lewis lives in Moberly with his wife, Sarah. They have four children and three grandchildren and are members of the Timber Lake Christian Church.
