HB 1259 -- Workers' Compensation

This bill defines "owner," for purposes of the workers'
compensation laws, as a person to whom title to equipment has
been issued, a person without title who has the right to
exclusive use of equipment, or a person who has lawful
possession of equipment registered and licensed in any state in
his or her name.
