BILL SUMMARIES

INTRODUCED

HB 1557 -- Board of Equalization

Sponsor:  Pouche

This bill prohibits county commissions in all counties of the
first classification not having a charter form of government
from appointing to the county board of equalization any person
who serves on the governing body of any political subdivision or
any person who is employed by any political subdivision.
