SB 643 - This act allows condo unit owners to prohibit or materially restrict the permitted uses on a condo unit by agreement of 80% or more of the owners. The amendment, however, must provide reasonable protection for a use at the time the amendment was adopted.

This act is similar to SB 170 (1999).
