SCS SB 918 -- DISPLAY OF THE UNITED STATES FLAG

SPONSOR: Klarich (Linton)

COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on

the flag.

FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS: Supporters say that some cities are trying to
regulate how the United States flag is displayed.

Testifying for the bill was Senator Klarich.
