HB 1734 -- Sheriffs' Retirement Fund Co-Sponsors: Crump, O'Toole This bill requires any county and the City of St. Louis that has elected or elects in the future to become members of the Sheriffs' Retirement Fund to participate in the funding of the system. The system is funded by the assessment and collection of $3 for each civil and criminal court case filed in all jurisdictions except the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, and Jackson County.
