AN ACT

To amend chapter 44, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to treatment of firearms during emergencies.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 44, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 44.101, to read as follows:

            44.101. The state, any political subdivision of this state, or any person shall not prohibit or restrict the lawful possession, transfer, sale, transportation, storage, display, or use of firearms or ammunition during an emergency.
