HB 439 -- Outside the Hospital Do-Not-Resuscitate Orders Sponsor: Nolte This bill allows an individual to have an outside the hospital do-not-resuscitate order documented on his or her driver's license and authorizes the Department of Revenue to place a symbol on the individual's license to indicate the existence of an order. If at any time the individual revokes his or her order, the individual is responsible for contacting the department to have the do-not-resuscitate symbol removed from his or her driver's license.
