located in Vernon County, which currently is under the control
of the Department of Mental Health, to the City of Nevada.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

on Correctional and State Institutions by a vote of 7 to 0.

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey certain property
located in Vernon County, which currently is under the control
of the Department of Mental Health, to the City of Nevada.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that this bill gives the City of
Nevada some unused property for road purposes.
