HCS HB 1002 -- APPROPRIATIONS (Franklin)

To appropriate money for the expenses, grants, refunds, and
distributions of the State Board of Education and of the
Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the several
divisions and programs thereof to be expended only as provided
in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, and
to transfer money from the General Revenue Fund to the State
School Moneys Fund, and to transfer money from the General
Revenue Fund to the Video Instructional Development and
Educational Opportunity Fund, and to transfer money from the
General Revenue Fund to the Outstanding Schools Trust Fund, and
to transfer money from the Gaming Proceeds for Education Fund to
the Outstanding Schools Trust Fund and for transferring funds
from the Gaming Proceeds for Education Fund to the State Moneys
Fund and for the investment in registered bonds of the State
Public School Fund by the State Board of Education for the
period beginning July 1, 1996 and ending June 30, 1997.
