HB 1117 -- DIVISION OF YOUTH SERVICES PROPERTY

This bill allows the Director of the Department of Social
Services to grant the use of the buildings or grounds of any of
the facilities of the Division of Youth Services to governmental
or private groups, as long as the activities of a group are
compatible with the division's services.  The bill also allows
the director to lease these properties to governmental or
private groups for one year or less, and with one-year renewal
options.
