HB 1455 -- Adoption and Foster Care

The bill prohibits a person from being a foster or adoptive
parent, if the pre-placement investigation contains credible
evidence that the person has engaged in a homosexual
relationship in the previous 3 years. A person seeking to be a
foster or adoptive parent must sign an affidavit stating that
the person has not engaged in a homosexual relationship in the
previous 3 years.
