HJR 55 -- Property Assessment

Co-Sponsors:  Murphy, Enz, Hendrickson

This proposed constitutional amendment requires that residential
property only be assessed upon sale, lease, or transfer.
Assessed value of leased property will be determined by the
market value of the property and not by payment of the lease.
