HB 1942 -- Assault on the Incapacitated

Co-Sponsors:  Stokan, Alter, Hosmer

This bill makes a person who knowingly causes offensive or
provocative physical contact with an incapacitated person guilty
of the crime of assault in the third degree.  This category of
third degree assault is a class A misdemeanor.
