Miscellaneous Bills and Resolutions by a vote of 9 to 4.

This bill authorizes the Missouri Gaming Commission to regulate
automated teller machines located on excursion gambling boats.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that there is concern that patrons
may be accessing more cash than loss limits allow.

Testifying for the bill was Representative Summers.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
