Rep. Bill Reiboldt, a Republican, represents Newton County (District 160) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2010
In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Reiboldt owns and operates Reiboldt Farms Inc. He has worked in agri-business with dairy, beef and crop production for more than 40 years. He previously served in the Missouri National Guard.
Rep. Reiboldt attends the Hillcrest Church of Christ. He is a member of the Newton County Farm Bureau and the Neosho, McDonald County and Seneca Chambers of Commerce. He also is a member of the Missouri Farm Bureau, Dairy Farmers of America and the NFIB. He received the Newton County Outstanding Achievement Award in 1972 and the State Achievement Award in 1978.
Rep. Reiboldt is a 1966 graduate of Neosho High School. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Harding University in 1970.
Born August 1, 1948 in Neosho, Rep. Reiboldt currently resides there with his wife, Kathleen. They have three children, Bryan, Beth and Jennifer, and eight grandchildren.
Requires certain counties to adopt ordinances regulating land use around National Guard training centers.
Allows law enforcement officers to enforce the seat belt law as a stand-alone offense
Prohibits political subdivisions from adopting or enforcing ordinances or regulations relating to seeds or fertilizers
Changes the laws regarding the crime of animal trespass
Prohibits the use of hand-held electronic wireless communications devices while driving non-commercial and commercial motor vehicles; but allows the use of such devices when used hands-free by operators of non-commercial motor vehicles who are fully licensed and eighteen years of age or older.

Establishes the Silica Claims Priorities Act
Modifies provisions relating to criminal proceedings involving persons lacking mental capacity
Modifies provisions relating to transportation
Modifies provisions relating to the designation of state highways
Proposes a constitutional amendment to raise the motor fuel tax to twenty-seven cents per gallon
Proposes a constitutional amendment to raise the motor fuel tax to twenty-nine cents per gallon on diesel and twenty-seven cents per gallon on all other motor fuel.
