Rep. Andrew McDaniel, a Republican, represents parts of Dunklin and Pemiscot Counties (District 150) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2014.
Prior to his legislative duties, Rep. McDaniel has been a Deputy Sheriff for Pemiscot County for the past 3 years.
Rep. McDaniel is a 2002 graduate of Delta C-7 and received an associate arts degree from Arkansas Northeastern College in 2005.
Born January 22, 1984 in Blytheville, AR, Rep. McDaniel currently resides in Deering.
Establishes the Authorized Electronic Monitoring in Long-Term Care Facilities Act
Establishes the Veterans Home Resident Monitoring Care Act
