HB 1087 -- Income Tax Deduction of Social Security Benefits Sponsor: Scheve For the purpose of determining Missouri individual income tax liability, this bill allows as a subtraction from federal adjusted gross income any amount of Social Security benefits received to the extent the amount is included in federal adjusted gross income. This deduction will be allowed beginning with tax year 2000.
