HB 1155 -- Drinking at Public Libraries
Sponsor: Boucher
This bill adds public libraries and their grounds to the list of
locations which cannot be entered for the purpose of drinking or
offering alcohol, and cannot be entered in a drunken state. The
bill also adds an exception to these prohibitions for those who
enter a public library, schoolhouse, or church if the
individuals are invited guests to a sponsored event.
