HB 1158 -- Income Tax Deduction for Long-term Care Insurance Sponsor: Boucher Under current law, a resident individual taxpayer may deduct 50% of any nonreimbursed premium paid for long-term care insurance. The bill increases the percentage to 100% for tax year 2000.
