HB 1174 -- State Income Tax Property Tax Credit

This bill allows a state individual income tax credit equal to
the lesser of $150 or the amount of property taxes paid during
the tax year on property having a situs in Missouri.  The credit
is not refundable and the $150 maximum credit is the limit on
each tax return, regardless of marital status.

This tax credit will apply to tax year 2000 and thereafter.
