HB 1180 -- Special License Plate

This bill allows members of the Ancient Arabic Order, Nobles of
the Mystic Shrine of North America (Shriners) to obtain a
special license plate bearing the emblem of the Shrine.  To
obtain such plate, an emblem-use authorization statement must be
obtained from the Shrine Temple ($25 contribution) and presented
to the Department of Revenue along with the fee required for
personalized license plates and other fees and documents
required by law.  Any contribution to the Shrine Temple derived
from authorization statements, less administrative cost, will be
contributed to the Shriners Hospitals for Crippled and Burned
Children.
