HB 1212 -- Sale of Fetal Body Parts

This bill makes it a class C felony to sell fetal body parts.
The crime is committed when a person intentionally acquires,
receives, sells or transfers, or trades or barters fetal tissue,
organs, or body parts of aborted children.  The bill contains a
provision clarifying that the bill does not pertain to tests and
pathological examinations of in utero or in vitro fertilization
and accompanying embryo transfer.
