HB 1232 -- Invasion of Privacy

This bill changes the penalties for the crime of invasion of
privacy.  The charge for invasion of privacy is increased from a
class A misdemeanor to a class D felony, unless more than one
person is viewed, photographed, or filmed in full or partial
nudity, in which case invasion of privacy is increased from a
class D to a class C felony.  The bill also increases the
penalty for prior offenders from a class C to a class B felony.
