HB 1265 -- Public School Retirement System Co-Sponsors: Clayton, Leake A member of the Public School Retirement System who retired before August 28, 1995, and chose a reduced retirement allowance of 100% or 75% for a beneficiary, whose beneficiary has died may, beginning September 1, 2000, collect the amount that the member would have received had the reduced allowance option not been chosen.
