HB 1282 -- Autopsies Sponsor: Troupe This bill requires the Department of Corrections to provide copies of autopsy reports for inmates who died from suicidal, violent, or suspicious circumstances to any member of the General Assembly upon the member's request. The bill also requires the department to post copies of autopsy reports on its web site.
