HB 1288 -- Condemnation

Sponsor:  Scott

This bill requires the Missouri Department of Transportation to
grant to a property owner direct entrance and exit easements
across a freeway when the department condemns the owner's
property abutting a highway for the purpose of converting the
highway to a freeway.  The bill's requirement applies to any
highway converted to a freeway after December 31, 1998.
