HB 1311 -- Child Custody Education Sessions Sponsor: Dougherty This bill clarifies that in dissolution or modification proceedings where child custody is an issue, the court must order the parties to attend educational sessions unless educational sessions are currently provided for by local court rule or the parties show good cause why they should not have to attend such sessions.
