HB 1318 -- Sheltered Workshops

This bill allows the boards of directors ("Senate Bill 40
boards") of county sheltered workshops to provide related
services.  Related services are services or support necessary to
preserve and promote the health, safety, and welfare of persons
with developmental disabilities.  Related services may include
services for care, treatment, employment, respite care, Special
Olympics, and transportation.
