HB 1351 -- State Buildings

Co-Sponsors:  Blunt, Wright

Under current law, the Board of Public Buildings may allow the
display of the United States flag and the state flag with the
POW/MIA flag at the State Capitol.  This bill allows the display
of the flags at all state buildings.  The bill also requires the
display of the POW/MIA flag at any public building to which a
flag has been donated for display.
