HB 1355 -- Limited Liability Companies

This bill requires the articles of organization of a limited
liability company to state the names and addresses of the
company's managers or the members, if the company's management
is reserved to the members.  The articles must be amended
promptly when new managers are chosen and when management has
been vested in a member who becomes disassociated with the
company.
