HB 1399 -- Special License Plates

Sponsor:  Seigfreid

This bill allows for special license plates for members of the
Civil Air Patrol.

To obtain this special plate, a person must get an emblem-use
authorization statement from the Civil Air Patrol ($15 fee) and
present the statement to the Department of Revenue at the time
of registration.
