HB 1406 -- Funding for Parents as Teachers Co-Sponsors: Scheve, McClelland Beginning July 1, 2001, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is required to provide Parents as Teachers (PAT) funding to any district whose PAT program is at or below the state average as if the district's program were at the state average.
