Co-Sponsors: McLuckie, Fraser, Shelton, Hilgemann, Harlan,
Riback Wilson (25), Days, Williams (121)

This bill authorizes the Missouri Human Rights Commission to
prevent discrimination based on a person's sexual orientation.
The commission may investigate complaints alleging
discrimination in employment, housing, or places of public
accommodation because of sexual orientation. The bill defines
sexual orientation as "male or female heterosexuality,
homosexuality, or bisexuality by inclination, practice, identity
or expression, or having a self-image or identity not
traditionally associated with one's biological maleness or
femaleness."
