HB 1513 -- Special License Plate Co-Sponsors: Champion, Kreider This bill allows for a special license plate bearing the emblem of the Wilson's Creek National Battlefield Foundation. To obtain the plate, a person must acquire an emblem-use authorization from the Wilson's Creek National Battlefield Foundation, pay a $25 contribution, and present the authorization to the Director of Revenue along with the registration fee and payment of the fee required for personalized license plates. Any contribution to the Wilson's Creek National Battlefield Foundation, except reasonable administrative cost, will be used solely for the purpose of promoting and supporting the objectives of the Wilson's Creek National Battlefield Park.
