HB 1527 -- Reporting to School Districts of Certain Criminal

This bill requires the county prosecutor to notify the school
district when juveniles who are charged as adults are indicted
for any actions on the list of reportable acts.  The bill also
requires that a superintendent forward written notice when a
pupil with a notification of a reportable offense in his or her
file transfers to a different school district.
