HB 1587 -- Crossing Highway Median Sponsor: Patek This bill prohibits any person in a motor vehicle, except emergency personnel, from crossing the median of an interstate highway except at places designated for such crossing. Any person who violates this provision is guilty of an infraction and may be fined up to $100.
